You will see our transaction as WE Bill Payment or Wynter Bill Payment on your bank statement.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You can confirm your digital services over the phone when you purchase. Please notify us of any issues or problems related to digital services.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, we will try to make the corrections free of cost or issue a full refund within the first seven days of the purchase. The 30-day refund, return, and exchange offers are only valid for physical products.
